2. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry form on this website does not confirm a reservation. A booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation and any required advance payment has been received.
Please make sure the details you give us — names, dates, number of guests and contact details — are correct.
Room and cottage allocation is subject to availability. We will do our best to honour requests for a particular cottage or view, but these cannot always be guaranteed.
3. Rates, taxes and payment
Rates shown on this website are indicative "from" prices per night and may change with season, occupancy and availability. The rate in your booking confirmation is the rate that applies.
Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged as per prevailing government rates.
Payment and advance-deposit requirements will be set out in your booking confirmation or event proposal.
Special offers and packages are subject to their own conditions, validity dates and availability, and cannot be combined unless stated.
4. Cancellations, changes and refunds
Cancellation, amendment and refund terms depend on the rate, offer or event package booked, and are stated in your booking confirmation or contract. Please read them before you confirm. For changes to an existing booking, contact our reservations team at reservations@digantaa.com.
5. Check-in, check-out and your stay
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a charge.
All adult guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa, as required by law.
We may refuse check-in where valid identification is not produced or where the number of guests exceeds the confirmed occupancy.
Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property caused by them or their visitors, and may be charged for repairs or replacement.
Please respect fellow guests, our staff and the natural surroundings. We may ask anyone whose behaviour endangers or seriously disturbs others to leave the resort.
6. Activities and excursions
Some experiences and adventure activities (such as paragliding, rock climbing, rappelling, trekking and camping) are provided by independent, certified operators. Their own safety rules, age, weight and health requirements apply.
Outdoor activities depend on weather and safety conditions and may be rescheduled or cancelled at short notice.
Guests take part in physical and adventure activities at their own risk and should tell the operator about any medical condition beforehand.
7. Weddings and events
Weddings, corporate events and group bookings are governed by the specific proposal and contract agreed with our events team, including capacity, timings, sound restrictions, décor, catering, deposits and cancellation terms.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care to provide a safe and comfortable stay. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of, or damage to, guests' personal belongings unless caused by our negligence. Please keep valuables secure and speak to the front desk if you need help storing them.
We are not responsible for failure to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, landslides, road closures, natural disasters, government orders or utility failures.
9. Use of this website
The content of this website — text, photographs, logos and design — belongs to Digantaa Resort or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
We try to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, but descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are for general guidance and may change without notice.

10. Governing law
